Lochend Road residents are being targetted by a billboard that seeks to alert them to the potential of congestion on ‘certain roads’ in a city 331 miles away at some unspecified point in the future.
Unless there is an Olympic team planning on moving into the neighbourhood for their training, this must surely be in the running for a medal of its own.
Least well targetted advert of all time? Worst use of public money during a recession? Most pointless public information billboard?
