Community Safety Officer Michael Traill has been in touch to share news of a city council initiative that aims to tackle graffiti, flyposting and redundant street furniture in the Lochend and Restalrig areas of the Leith Ward.
The work will largely take place during July and focus on council owned property and utility boxes, although the briefing note below does say that they’ll refer work to other agencies if there are things they find that are the responsibility of organisations like the Police or the Royal Mail.
